Terms and Conditions:

We warrant that this is a new item, and is in perfect working order. All of our items are fully tested before being packed so we know they are working when sold. Should any item not be in working order when received, it must be left in unused condition and reported to us immediately along with photos of any problems found.

The warranty period for G-Force dirt bikes and quads is covered by a 14 day period from the date of invoice for manufacturing defects only. In order to qualify for the 14 day warranty the dirt bike or quad must be assemble by a fully qualified mechanic and the buyer must provide us with an invoice which includes an abn number and a contact number of the mechanic. The receipt must also include the vin number of the dirt bike or quad that was built by the mechanic. The dirt bike or quad must also be built in a licensed mechanical workshop. We will not warrant a bike or quad if it has been built improperly. Our warranty covers parts only. No labour costs incurred will be covered by us.

We do not warrant for misuse of the product or for wear and tear. If the dirt bike or quad has been modified in any way the warranty is voided. The user must adhere to the recommended weight for the particular dirt bike or quad or the warranty is void.
  • The 49CC dirt bikes max weight 50kgs
  • Quads have a max weight of 40kgs.
  • The 90cc dirt bike max weight 95kgs
  • 110CC and 125CC dirt bikes have a max weight of 100kgs

If there is a warranty claim it is the buyer’s responsibility to return the dirt bike or quad in order for us to send it to be professionally assessed by the manufacturer in order to determine if there is a genuine manufacturing defect. The assessment period may take up to 14 days. If it has been determined that there is a manufacturing defect the replacement part will be ordered and this may take up to 14 days.

Warning:
Dirt bikes and Quads can be dangerous if not used correctly and safely. Always wear a motor bike helmet when using a dirt bike or quad. The motor bike helmet should meet all Australian standards. The dirt bikes are for single person use, meaning that only one person should be using the dirt bike or quad at any time. Children should always be carefully monitored by an adult when using the dirt bike or quad. Please be safe, sensible and responsible when you ride.
